Launch the Customize Tools Menu dialog box and click Add to launch the Add Tools Menu Item dialog box.

The Add Tools Menu Item dialog box contains the following options:

Item Type—Specifies the type of menu item to insert. The following options are available in the ring control:
- Command—Select this option to make the Command text box visible.
- Sequence—Select this option to make the Sequence File and Sequence text boxes visible.
- Submenu—Selecting this option displays no additional controls.
- Sequence File—Select this option to make the Sequence File text box visible.
Command—Specifies the Windows executable the new tools menu item invokes.
Sequence File—Specifies the sequence file the new tools menu item uses. This option is only available if you select Sequence File in Item Type.
Sequence—Specifies the sequence the new tools menu item launches. This option is only available if you select Sequence in Item Type.
