The LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module adds the DSC Module controls palette to the LabVIEW Controls palette.
Use the Vessels controls and indicators to imitate the look of tanks, hoppers, and bins. All objects on the Vessels palette are numeric. Use the pipe, pump, and valve controls and indicators to simulate various Boolean pipe, pump, and valve objects.
Use the Historical Trend Express control and the Real-Time Trend Express control to display historical and real-time data. The Historical Trend Express control is similar to the standard LabVIEW XY graph. Use the Historical Trend Express control on a front panel when you want to display graphical data you acquire with the Historical VIs. Because you can display only nine traces, the Historical Trend Express control can be a more memory-intensive method for trending data. You can specify the traces that the Historical Trend Express control displays on the block diagram. You cannot browse to other traces, zoom in, jump to breaks, or jump to minimums and maximums.
