Importing the Shared Variable Configuration from a Spreadsheet (DSC Module)

Complete the following steps to import the shared variable configuration information from a spreadsheet file.

  1. Save the spreadsheet as a .csv file.
  2. In LabVIEW, select Tools»Shared Variable»Multiple Variable Editor to display the Multiple Variable Editor.
  3. Select File»Open Project Library and select the project library to which you want to import the shared variable configuration.
  4. (Optional) Select File»New to create a new project library file to which you want to import the shared variable configuration.
  5. Select File»Import from CSV and select the .csv spreadsheet file with the shared variable configuration you want to use.
  6. Select File»Save to save the changes.
