Owning Palette: Excel Specific VIs

Use the Excel General VIs to perform general tasks in Microsoft Excel reports, such as adding and retrieving worksheets, inserting cells, and searching worksheets.
|Excel Add Worksheet||Adds a new worksheet to the worksheet collection.|
|Excel Bring to Front||Changes the state of a Microsoft Excel window to minimized, maximized, or normal.|
|Excel Find and Replace||Searches the occurrences of searched string and replaces them with a new string or numeric value. The data type you wire to the replacement input determines the polymorphic instance to use.|
|Excel Get Data||Retrieves data from the current worksheet. The data type you wire to the data type input determines the polymorphic instance to use.|
|Excel Get Last Row||Retrieves the coordinates of the last row in an Excel worksheet. Use the MS Office parameters input to append the contents of the row to a report.|
|Excel Get Worksheet||Makes a specified worksheet the current worksheet. Use the worksheet index or name parameter to specify the worksheet you want to set as current.|
|Excel Insert Cells||Inserts a new cell, row, or column into the current worksheet from a position that the row and column indexes specify.|
|Excel Set Page Numbering||Activates the page numbering on the current document.|
|Excel Workbook Properties||Sets the properties of the current workbook, such as the author, title, and subject. You also can use this VI to return the number of worksheets in the current workbook.|
