Configures the size of the acquisition, including how many records are acquired and the minimum record size.

instrument handle identifies your instrument session. instrument handle is obtained from the niHSDIO Init Acquisition Session VI, the niHSDIO Init Generation Session VI, or the niHSDIO Init Ext Cal VI.

samples per record sets the number of samples to acquire per record. If you need pretrigger and posttrigger points, configure a Reference trigger with the niHSDIO Configure Trigger VI and specify the number of pretrigger samples in that VI call.

number of records specifies how many records to acquire. A record is a group of samples.

error in (no error) describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.

code is the error or warning code. The default is 0. If status is TRUE, code is a negative error code. If status is FALSE, code is 0 or a warning code.
