Use the Short Message Service VIs to configure, send, and read Short Message Service (SMS) messages.
SMS is a service for sending short text messages of up to 160 characters to mobile devices that use Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM).
Palm OS The SMS VIs are supported on Palm OS Treo devices version 600 and later. You must install and run LV SMS Tool.prc to enable SMS support.
Pocket PC You must install the SMS client, located in labview\PDA\Utilities\SMS\Pocket PC, to enable SMS support.
