Remote Paths for Pocket PC Applications (Pocket PC, PDA Module)
The remote path for a Pocket PC application is the destination directory for the application on the PDA target. You set the remote path when you create the build specification.
In the LabVIEW 8.0 PDA Module and later, the default remote path is \My Documents. In the LabVIEW 7.x PDA Module, the default remote path is My Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
If you use the default \My Documents remote path for the PDA application, the PDA application does not appear in the programs list on the PDA target, but it is easier for users to delete the application from the PDA target.
If you use the previous default remote path My Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, the PDA application appears in the programs list, but it is harder for users to delete the application from the PDA target.
