File I/O (PDA Module, Touch Panel Module)
File I/O operations pass data to and from files. Use the File I/O functions to read data from and write data to files.

Note If you use datalog files, be aware that the datalog file format changed in LabVIEW 8.0. PDA and Touch Panel applications you build with LabVIEW 8.x cannot read datalog files from LabVIEW 7.x. To update the datalog file, use the Open/Create/Replace Datalog function on the host computer. |
Use ActiveSync to transfer files between the host computer and a PDA or Touch Panel device. When you connect the PDA or Touch Panel device to the host computer, you can use ActiveSync to browse the files on the PDA or Touch Panel device and copy files between the host computer and the device.
