Remote Paths for PDA and Touch Panel Applications (PDA Module, Touch Panel Module)
The remote path for a PDA or Touch Panel application is the destination directory for the application on the PDA or Touch Panel target. You set the remote path when you create the build specification.
In the LabVIEW 8.x PDA Module and Touch Panel Module and later, the default remote path is \My Documents.
In the LabVIEW 7.x PDA Module, the default remote path is My Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
If you use the default \My Documents remote path for the PDA or Touch Panel application, the application does not appear in the programs list on the PDA or Touch Panel target, but it is easier for users to delete the application from the target.
If you use the previous default remote path My Device\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, the PDA application appears in the programs list, but it is harder for users to delete the application from the PDA target.
