Closing applications on PDA targets can be confusing because the OS functionality differs from Windows. LabVIEW cannot control the functionality difference between the two platforms.

(Windows) Clicking the Close button in Windows applications closes the application.

Clicking the Close button in PDA applications minimizes, or hides, the application and does not close it.

Complete the following steps to see which applications are running on a PDA target.

1. Tap Start.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap the System tab.
4. Tap Memory.
5. Tap the Running Programs tab. The Running Program List shows applications currently running on the PDA target.
6. (Optional) To close an application, select the application in the Running Program List and tap the Stop button.
