The PDA Module and the Touch Panel Module support a select collection of properties you can use with the Property Node. Each type of control has its own class. You receive a broken Run button if you attempt to use an unsupported property.

Note If you pass a control reference to a subVI, the control reference is not valid within that subVI.

You can use the following generic properties on all controls the PDA Module and the Touch Panel Module support:

Note The Limit To Single Line? property removes the scroll bars but does not limit the text to a single line when you use this property in a PDA or Touch Panel VI except for string controls that use the password display type, which is always a single line with no scroll bars.
