Viewing Data

Use the Data View tab to view data in LabVIEW SignalExpress. You can drag a step input or output from the Project View to the Data View tab to display the value of the signal. You also can drag a log from the Logged Data window to the Data View tab to display the log, or you can use the Playback work area to view and analyze a logged signal.

A project can contain multiple Data View tabs, and one Data View tab can contain multiple displays. You can select from multiple display formats, such as graphs, charts, and various numeric representations. When you add a signal to the Data View tab, the display automatically updates to a format that can display that data type.

You also can drag signals from the Project View or the Logged Data window to the Project Documentation tab to create a display that is similar to a display on the Data View tab.
