Using SubVIs (DSP Module)
Digital signal processors (DSPs) and general-purpose processors, such as the processors in desktop computers, differ from each other.
In the DSP Module, subVIs behave as subroutines when you build the DSP VI for a DSP target. The DSP compiler does not allocate any special storage for the front panel controls or indicators. SubVI front panel controls and indicators do not update in run time.
