Save the metric information for a VI hierarchy to a text file by clicking the Save button in the VI Metrics window. LabVIEW only saves the displayed columns. The information at the top of the window that concerns the number of user VIs and the number of library VIs also is saved to the file. LabVIEW saves the information in tab-delimited format so you can easily read it into a spreadsheet or read and parse it using VIs.
