Method of Application.

Creates a new LabVIEW project library.

Syntax

object.CreateLibrary([createPalette])

Parameters

Name	Type	Description
createPalette	Boolean	Specifies whether you want to set a default palette for all VIs the project library owns. The default is FALSE, which does not set a default palette.
