Computes the Bessel function of the second kind, also known as the Neumann function.

Details  

	x is the input argument.
	v specifies the order of the Bessel function.
	Yv(x) returns the value of the Bessel function of the second kind.

The Bessel function of the second kind of order v, Yv, is a solution of the following differential equation.

The function is defined according to the following intervals for the input values.

LabVIEW supports the entire domain of this function that produces real-valued results. For any real value of order v, the function is defined for positive real values of x.
