Point-by-point analysis is a method of continuous data analysis in which analysis occurs for each data point, point by point. Point-by-point analysis is ideally suited to real-time data acquisition. When a data acquisition system requires real-time, deterministic performance, you can build a program that uses point-by-point versions of array-based LabVIEW analysis VIs.

Note  You can use the Point By Point VIs only in the LabVIEW Full and Professional Development Systems.
