Right-click a property and select Select Property from the shortcut menu to display this dialog box.

Note  You must right-click a specific property in the bottom part of a Property Node to modify the selected property. When you right-click the yellow area at the top of a Property Node, the Select Property option is not available.

Use this dialog box to modify an existing property selected for a Property Node.

This dialog box includes the following components:

• Class—Displays the selected class.
• Select View—Toggles between an alphabetical view and a hierarchical view of the items in the Properties list.
• Search—Launches the Class Browser Search dialog box, which you can use to search for properties in the selected class.
• Properties—Lists the properties for the selected class. Dottable properties have a blue glyph next to the property name in this list. To create a dotted property, double-click on a dottable property.
• Selected property—Displays the selected property. Dotted properties appear in this box as an HTML link. You can click an HTML link in this box to navigate back to a previous property in the box and update the Select Property dialog box to the selected item.
