Copying Colors from One Object to Another

Complete the following steps to copy the color of one object and transfer it to a second object without using a color picker.

  1. Use the Get Color tool to click the object whose foreground and background color you want to copy. If automatic tool selection is enabled, select the Get Color tool from the Tools palette to disable automatic tool selection.
  2. Use the Coloring tool to click the object to which you want to apply the color. The object becomes the color you copied from the first object.
