Use one of the following ways to save an individual VI:

Select File»Save to save changes to an existing VI in its current disk location or to save a new VI. If the VI is new, specify the name of the VI and its location in the file dialog box.
Select File»Save As on a previously saved VI to display the Save As dialog box, in which you can save a copy of the VI in memory to disk with a new name you choose, rename the VI, or copy the VI hierarchy to a new location.
Select File»Save for Previous Version to display the Save for Previous Version dialog box, in which you can save a VI for use in a previous version of LabVIEW.
