eq (MathScript Function) (Windows, Not in Base Package)
Member of the comparison class.
Syntax
c = eq(a, b)
Description
Determines whether corresponding elements of two matrices are equal. eq(a, b) is equivalent to a==b.
Inputs
| Name | Description |
| a | Specifies a scalar, vector, or matrix. |
| b | Specifies a scalar, vector, or matrix. b is the same size as a unless a or b is a scalar. |
Outputs
| Name | Description |
| c | Returns a matrix of Boolean values. An element in c is 1 if corresponding elements of a and b are equal. Otherwise, the element is 0. c is a matrix of the same size as the larger of a and b. |
Examples
A = [134, 32, 232]
B = [453, 32, 134]
C = eq(A, B)
