Description

Determines whether characters in a string are letters of the alphabet.

a Specifies a string.

Outputs

Name Description
c Returns a matrix of Boolean values. An element in c is 1 if and only if the corresponding character of a is a lowercase or uppercase letter of the alphabet. Otherwise, the element is 0. c is a matrix of the same size as the number of characters in a.

C = isletter('TEST')
