Member of the polynomials class.
c = polyval(a, b)
Evaluates a polynomial at values you specify. This function works element-wise for matrices.
| Name | Description |
| a | Specifies the coefficients in descending order of power of the polynomial you want to evaluate. a is a vector. |
| b | Specifies the values at which you want to evaluate a. b is a matrix. |
| Name | Description |
| c | Returns the evaluated values of a according to the following equation: c = a[1]*b^n+ ... +a[n]*b+a[n+1]*I, where n is the degree of a and I is the identity matrix. c is a matrix of the same size as a. |
A = [1, 1, 1]
B = [1, 2; 3, 4]
C = polyval(A, B)
