Clear Compiled Object Cache Dialog Box

Requires: Base Package (Windows)

Select Tools»Advanced»Clear Compiled Object Cache to display this dialog box.

Use this dialog box to clear the object cache. The object cache is a collection of the compiled code for all VIs with separate compiled code.

This page includes the following components:

• Object Caches—Displays the compiled object caches you can delete. Select the object cache for a specific target to delete an object cache.
  • Target—Lists the target types for the object caches that you can delete.
  • Size (kB)—Specifies the size of the files for the target type.
• Total size selected (kB)—Specifies the total size of the object cache in kilobytes for the target types you select.
• Delete—Clears the object cache for the selected target type(s) and closes the dialog box.
• Cancel—Closes the dialog box without clearing the object cache.
