Export Simplified Image Dialog Box

Requires: Base Package

Right-click a graph, chart, table, picture control, digital data, or digital waveform control or indicator and select Export»Export Simplified Image from the shortcut menu to display this dialog box.

Use this dialog box to export an image of a graph, chart, table, picture control, digital data, or digital waveform control or indicator to the clipboard or as one of the following formats:

(Windows) .emf, .bmp, or .eps file

(Mac OS X) .pict, .bmp, or .eps file

(Linux) .bmp or .eps file

This dialog box includes the following components:

• Bitmap (.bmp)—Saves the image as a .bmp file.
• Encapsulated Postscript (.eps)—Saves the image as a .eps file.
• Enhanced Metafile (.emf)—Saves the image as a .emf file.
• Mac PICT (.pict)— Saves the image as a .pict file.
• Export to clipboard—Saves an image of the control or indicator to the clipboard.
• Save to file—Saves an image of the control or indicator as the file type you specified. Click the browse button below the Save to file option and navigate to the directory in which you want to save the image file, or you can enter the path of the directory.
• Hide Grid—Removes the grid from the exported image. This option is available only for graphs and charts.
