Use the Port I/O VIs to read from and write to a specific register address.

| In Port | Reads a signed integer from a specific 16-bit I/O port address. This VI accepts only 16-bit addresses. You must manually select the polymorphic instance you want to use. |
| Out Port | Writes a signed integer to the specified 16-bit I/O port address. This VI accepts only 16-bit addresses. |
