Owning Palette: AppleEvent VIs

Sends the Apple event instructing the Finder on a machine to open applications or documents.
|Full path of folder containing files is the location of the folder that contains the files for the Finder to open. The path must begin from the hard drive. All folders must be separated by a colon (:).|
|file names is an array containing the names of the files in the folder described by Full path of folder containing files. The Finder opens these files.|
|Zone containing Finder is the AppleTalk zone where the target Finder resides. If empty, this VI assumes that the zone is the same as that of the host Macintosh.|
|Server containing Finder is the name of the Macintosh where the target Finder resides. If empty, this VI assumes that the server is the host computer Finder.|
|send options indicates whether the target application can interact with the user and the length of the Apple event timeout. Many of the VIs that send an Apple event have a send options input.
|error string describes error information.|
|error, if negative, indicates a Mac OS X error. If positive, error indicates a LabVIEW error that occurred while sending the event. Refer to the Apple Event Error Codes for more information about specific Mac OS X errors.|
