Click the Configure Initial Values button in the Memory Properties dialog box to display this dialog box.

Use this dialog box to initialize the memory item you create in the Memory Properties dialog box. You can edit data elements individually, define linear segments, use predefined functions, or call an initialization VI you create.

This dialog box includes the following components:

• Data Points—Displays the current contents of the memory item.
• Configure Segment—Opens the Configure Segment dialog box. You can specify endpoints of intervals you want to populate with a constant value, a line, a sine wave, or a cosine wave.
• Call Initialization VI—Opens the Call Initialization VI dialog box. You can create, edit, or run an initialization VI to produce an array of elements to import into the memory item.
• Preview—Displays the current contents of the memory item in a waveform graph.
