In the Component Level IP Properties dialog box, select General from the Category list to display this page.

Use this page to name the component-level IP (CLIP) item and select the CLIP declaration to use.

This page includes the following options:

Name—Specifies the name of the CLIP. The name must only contain English letters and numbers, spaces, periods, dashes, and underscores.
Component Level IP Declaration—Specifies the declaration to use for the CLIP item. You must add the declaration to the Component Level IP FPGA Target Properties page before you can use the declaration. You can select the same CLIP declaration for multiple CLIP items. However, each CLIP item must have a unique name.
