FPGA Compile Worker Window

Requires: FPGA Module

This window appears when you compile an FPGA VI using the compile server on the local computer. You also can display this window manually by selecting Start»All Programs»National Instruments»FPGA»FPGA Compile Worker.

The compile worker does not launch automatically when you run an FPGA VI that is compiled already or that you have not modified since the last compilation.

To free resources on the local computer, install the compile worker on a remote computer and compile the FPGA VI remotely. Refer to the KnowledgeBase for information about installing the compilation tools on a remote computer.

Use the FPGA Compile Worker window to view information about a compilation.

Note  This window does not close automatically when compilation finishes. You can close it by clicking the Close button.

This window contains the following components:

• Status—Displays status information for the current compilation job.
• Jobs—Displays information about the current compilation jobs.
• Configure—Opens the Configure Compile Worker dialog box.
