View I/O Items Dialog Box

Requires: DSC Module or RT Module

Right-click an I/O server in the Project Explorer window and select View I/O Items from the shortcut menu to display this dialog box.

Use this dialog box to view the data items to which the I/O server can read or write.

This dialog box contains the following components:

• I/O items—Lists all data items to which the I/O server can read or write.
• Item data type—Displays the data type of the item you select in the I/O items list.
• Item access type—Displays whether you can read, write, or read and write the item you select in the I/O items list.
• Item description—Displays a description of the item you select in the I/O items list.
