Inverts a linear time-invariant (LTI) model in transfer function, zero-pole-gain, or state-space form. The model must neither have delay nor be strictly proper. Wire data to the Model In input to determine the polymorphic instance to use or manually select the instance.

Use the pull-down menu to select an instance of this VI.

State-Space

Note Note  For state-space models, the D matrix must be non-zero.

Model In contains a mathematical representation of and information about the system on which this VI operates.
error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
Model Out returns the inverse of Model In.
error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.

Transfer Function

Note Note  For transfer function models, the orders of the numerator and denominator polynomial functions must be identical.
