Sound File VIs (PDA Module, Touch Panel Module)
Owning Palette: Graphics & Sound VIs
Use the Sound File VIs to create and retrieve wave files (.wav).
 | Note (Touch Panel Module) The Sound VIs are supported only for Touch Panel targets with a sound device/sound card. NI-TPC hardware does not currently contain a sound device. |
| Palette Object | Description |
|---|---|
| Snd Read Wave File | Retrieves a wave file (.wav) specified in wave file path. |
| Snd Write Wave File | Stores waveform data and its sound format information in a file. The file is in a wave file (.wav) format and can be read by the Snd Read Wave File VI or other applications. |
