Configuring Transitions (Statechart Module)

After you create a transition, LabVIEW creates a transition node that appears on a segment of that transition. Double-click this transition node to launch the Configure Transition dialog box. You use this dialog box to configure the trigger(s), guard, and action of the transition by writing LabVIEW code.

Note  You can open multiple Configure State and Configure Transition dialog boxes simultaneously. If you do so, you may not otherwise edit the statechart diagram until you close all configuration dialog boxes. When you configure a transition, a wrench icon appears on the transition () in the Statechart Editor window. The transition also changes color. You can customize the configuration color for transitions. The default configuration color is yellow.
