Computes the total intermodulation distortion and the intermodulation components based on scaled signal [EU] and IMD standard.

	IMD standard specifies the standard used to generate the test signal and to measure IMD. 0 SMPTE (60 Hz, 7000 Hz, 4:1) 1 DIN (250 Hz, 8000 Hz, 4:1) 2 CCIF (11 kHz, 12 kHz, 1:1) 3 CCIF (19 kHz, 20 kHz, 1:1) 4 Custom
	desired units specifies the engineering units of the returned measurements. IMD units specifies the units for IMD. 0 dB (default) 1 Linear ratio 2 % intermodulation component amplitude units specifies the units for amplitude in intermodulation components. 0 EU rms (default) 1 EU peak 2 EU peak-peak detected fundamental amplitude units specifies the units for the amplitude of the detected fundamental tone. 0 EU rms (default) 1 EU peak 2 EU peak-peak magnitude spectrum units specifies the units for magnitude spectrum. 0 dB (default) 1 Linear
	scaled signal [EU] specifies the scaled signal expressed in the selected engineering units. To obtain a properly scaled signal, you can use the SVL Scale Voltage to EU VI or define a virtual channel in National Instruments Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX).
	custom IMD signal specifies the parameters used to generate the test signal. The VI ignores this parameter unless IMD standard is set to custom. IMD type specifies the type of the generated test signal. 0 SMPTE/DIN 1 CCIF/Twin-Tone (default) low-frequency tone specifies the low-frequency tone, in hertz, used in the generated signal. high-frequency tone specifies the high-frequency tone, in hertz, used in the generated signal. amplitude ratio specifies the ratio between the amplitudes of low-frequency tone and high-frequency tone. The most commonly used ratios are 1:1 and 4:1. maximum order specifies the intermodulation components to include in the IMD measurement. IMD components are found at the sum and difference frequencies of the two tones, f1 and f2, used to construct the IMD test signal. The IMD frequencies are given by the following equation. IMD frequencies = m*f1 ± n*f2 The order is derived by the following equation. order = m + n
	error in describes error conditions that occur before this VI or function runs. The default is no error. If an error occurred before this VI or function runs, the VI or function passes the error in value to error out. This VI or function runs normally only if no error occurred before this VI or function runs. If an error occurs while this VI or function runs, it runs normally and sets its own error status in error out. Use the Simple Error Handler or General Error Handler VIs to display the description of the error code. Refer to Controlling Error Notification to treat what is normally an error as no error or to treat a warning as an error. Use error in and error out to check errors and to specify execution order by wiring error out from one node to error in of the next node. status is TRUE (X) if an error occurred before this VI or function ran or FALSE (checkmark) to indicate a warning or that no error occurred before this VI or function ran. The default is FALSE. code is the error or warning code. The default is 0. If status is TRUE, code is a nonzero error code. If status is FALSE, code is 0 or a warning code. source specifies the origin of the error or warning and is, in most cases, the name of the VI or function that produced the error or warning. The default is an empty string.
	unit labels returns the unit label for each member of desired units. IMD unit label returns the unit label for IMD. intermodulation component amplitude unit label returns the unit label for amplitude in intermodulation components. detected fundamental amplitude unit label returns the unit label for the amplitude of the detected fundamental tone. magnitude spectrum unit label returns the unit label for magnitude spectrum.
	magnitude spectrum returns the magnitude of the FFT spectrum. f0 returns the start frequency, in hertz, of the spectrum. df returns the frequency resolution, in hertz, of the spectrum. magnitude returns the magnitude of the FFT spectrum.
	IMD returns the measured intermodulation distortion (IMD), which is defined as the ratio of the RMS energy of the intermodulation tones to the RMS energy of high-frequency tone.
	intermodulation components returns the measured frequencies and amplitudes of the intermodulation components based on IMD standard. frequency [Hz] returns the frequency of the intermodulation component in hertz. amplitude returns the amplitude of the intermodulation component.
	spectrum info returns information about the spectrum needed by the Spectrum Extended Measurements VIs, the Waterfall Display VIs, the Distortion VIs, and the Single Tone Measurements VIs. Do not modify the spectrum info values.
	error out contains error information. If error in indicates that an error occurred before this VI or function ran, error out contains the same error information. Otherwise, it describes the error status that this VI or function produces. Right-click the error out front panel indicator and select Explain Error from the shortcut menu for more information about the error. status is TRUE (X) if an error occurred or FALSE (checkmark) to indicate a warning or that no error occurred. code is the error or warning code. If status is TRUE, code is a nonzero error code. If status is FALSE, code is 0 or a warning code. source describes the origin of the error or warning and is, in most cases, the name of the VI or function that produced the error or warning.
	detected high-frequency tone returns the measured frequency and amplitude of the high-frequency tone based on IMD standard. frequency [Hz] returns the detected frequency of the tone in hertz. amplitude returns the detected amplitude of the tone.
	detected low-frequency tone returns the measured frequency and amplitude of the low-frequency tone based on IMD standard. frequency [Hz] returns the detected frequency of the tone in hertz. amplitude returns the detected amplitude of the tone.
