A level measurement is a common measurement technique for performing order analysis. A level measurement provides a quantitative description of the overall vibration acquired from a transducer. You can use the Vibration Level VIs or Sound Level VIs to perform level measurements with time-domain or even-angle signals.
In some cases, computing the vibration level of a signal requires an even-angle signal input in integer revolutions. Use the OAT Output Triggered Even Angle Signal VI to adjust an even-angle signal to integer revolutions. You can set the block size to the default value so the number of revolutions in the even-angle signal output equals an integer multiple of the trigger period.
