Owning Palette: Configure Advanced Settings VIs

Requires: Sound and Vibration Toolkit

Configures the block duration of the swept-sine acquisition.

The SVT Set Swept Sine Block Duration VI configures the buffer size of the input and output of the DSA card and controls the size of the input and output buffers. The size of the buffer determines the speed of the VI’s execution. A larger buffer results in a slower execution time, whereas a small buffer results in a faster execution time.

Example

swept sine task in specifies the swept-sine parameters.
Note  Do not modify the swept sine task in values.
block duration [ms] specifies the block duration in milliseconds. The default is 100 ms.
error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
swept sine task out returns the swept-sine parameters.
error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.

Example

Refer to the Level and FRF and Distortion with Swept Sine (DAQmx) VI in the labview\examples\Sound and Vibration\Swept Sine directory for an example of using the SVT Set Swept Sine Block Duration VI.
