Emulators for Pocket PC and Windows Mobile (Mobile Module)
You can use emulators for Pocket PC 2003 and Windows Mobile 5.0 with the Mobile Module. The Mobile Module installs emulators for ARM Pocket PC 2003 and Windows Mobile 5.0. You only need to install the eMbedded Visual Tools if you need x86 emulator support for Pocket PC.
The emulators for Pocket PC that eMbedded Visual Tools and the Pocket PC 2003 SDK install are different than the emulators for Pocket PC the Mobile Module installs.
Difference between a POCKET PC 2003 Emulator and a Pocket PC 2003 Emulator
The emulator that eMbedded Visual Tools and the Pocket PC 2003 SDK installs is an x86 emulator. The emulator that the Mobile Module installs is an ARM emulator. The x86 emulators for Pocket PC use capital letters for the target name in the Project Explorer window.
