Closing Applications on Mobile Targets (Mobile Module)

Closing applications on Mobile targets can be confusing because the OS functionality differs from Windows. LabVIEW cannot control the functionality difference between the two platforms.

On Windows, clicking the Close button closes the application.

On Mobile targets, clicking the Close button minimizes, or hides, the application and does not close it.

Complete the following steps to see which applications are running on a Mobile target.

1. Tap Start.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap the System tab.
4. Tap Memory.
5. Tap the Running Programs tab. The Running Program List shows applications currently running on the Mobile target.
6. To close an application, select the application in the Running Program List and tap the Stop button.
