Renaming a Test (Unit Test Framework Toolkit)

Complete the following steps to rename a test in a LabVIEW project.

1. Open the LabVIEW project that contains the files on which you want to perform unit testing.
2. Right-click a .lvtest file and select Rename from the shortcut menu.

   Caution  Do not rename .lvtest files in Windows Explorer if the .lvtest files already belong to a project. If you rename .lvtest files on disk, LabVIEW does not update the filenames in the project. You can no longer execute these tests from the Project Explorer window.

3. Enter the new name for this test and click the OK button.
4. Select File»Save to save the project.
