Creating Test Vectors in a Test Vector File (Unit Test Framework Toolkit)

Complete the following steps to create test vectors in a test vector file.

  1. Open the LabVIEW project that contains the test vector file in which you want to create test vectors.
  2. Double-click a .lvvect file in the Project Explorer window to display the Test Vector File Properties dialog box.
  3. Click the New button to display the Test Vector Properties - New dialog box.
  4. Specify a name in the Name field.
  5. Specify the data type of the test vector in the Data type field.
  6. Specify the element number of this test vector in the Size field. You can change the element number when you edit a test vector.
  7. Click the OK button to close the Test Vector Properties - New dialog box and create the test vector.
  8. (Optional) Repeat step 3 through 7 to create multiple test vectors.
  9. Click the Save button to close the Test Vector File Properties dialog box and save the test vector file.
