Use the Wavelet Analysis VIs to perform transforms and inverse transforms between signals and coefficients. You can use these VIs to perform denoising, detrending, probability density function estimation, peak detection, edge detection, and ridge detection on a 1D or 2D signal.
|Continuous Wavelet VIs||Use the Continuous Wavelet VIs to compute the continuous wavelet transform (CWT) with real-valued wavelets and the analytic wavelet transform (AWT) with the complex-valued Morlet wavelet.|
|Discrete Wavelet VIs||Use the Discrete Wavelet VIs to compute the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) or the inverse DWT, to compute the undecimated wavelet transform (UWT) or the inverse UWT, to compute the integer wavelet transform (IWT) or the inverse IWT, to retrieve specific DWT, UWT, and IWT coefficients, and to compute the arbitrary path transform or reconstruction.|
|Feature Extraction VIs||Use the Feature Extraction VIs, based on the multiresolution wavelet analysis, to perform denoising, detrending, probability density function estimation, peak detection, edge detection, and ridge detection.|
|Online Wavelet Analysis VIs||Use the Online Wavelet Analysis VIs to perform online detrending and peak detection.|
|Utilities VIs||Use the Utilities VIs to read data files, to use demonstration data, and to display the squared magnitude or the phase of the wavelet coefficients of a signal on an intensity graph.|
|Wavelet Packet VIs||Use the Wavelet Packet VIs to compute various wavelet packet analyses, such as wavelet packet decomposition, wavelet packet reconstruction, and various operations on the wavelet packet tree.|
