Adding Standard and/or Custom Tools Menu Items

You can add items to the Tools menu of the Workspace window. Using the Tools menu, you can display several different supplementary dialog boxes in which you can perform various operations, such as monitoring alarms, viewing channel data, scaling and calibrating channels, or running stimulus profiles.

Complete the following steps to add standard and/or custom Tools menu items.

1. From the Getting Started window, click the Configure Project button to display the Project Explorer window.
2. Select Workspace in the tree. The Launch Tools Dialog button appears in the toolbar.
3. Click the Launch Tools Dialog button to display the Tools Properties dialog box.
4. Use the Tools Properties dialog box to add and configure Tools menu items.
