After you program and view a robotics simulation program, you can make a few modifications to the VIs and then run them on a hardware target that controls a real robot. You must use a LabVIEW project with simulation-related files to organize and deploy the code to hardware. Complete the following steps to prepare a simulation program to run on real hardware and then deploy the program.
|Note If you use the Robotics Environment Simulator Wizard to create a simulation scene, you can use the same project the wizard generates.|
Refer to the Starter Kit 2.0.lvproj in the labview\examples\robotics\Starter Kit 2.0 directory for an example of a project that contains both a simulation program and a hardware target with the program modified to run on the target.
