c = bitnot(a, b)
Computes the bitwise complement of the input elements. For example, if a = 9 (1001), bitnot(a, 8) = 246 (11110110).
|a||Specifies a scalar, vector, or matrix of positive integers. All elements of a must be less than maxfloatint.|
|b||Specifies the number of bits you want in c. b is a positive integer.|
|c||Returns the bitwise complement of a. c is a matrix of the same size as a and has a size of b bits.|
