Computes the discrete Fourier transform matrix.
|a||Specifies the order of the matrix. a is a positive integer.|
|b||Returns the discrete Fourier transform matrix. b is a complex matrix of values around the unit-circle whose inner product with a column vector of length a yields the discrete Fourier transform of the vector.|
