Computes the inverse of the complementary error function associated with a normal distribution. y = erfc_inv(x) is equivalent to x = erfc(y).
|x||Specifies complementary error function values. x is a matrix with elements in the interval [0, 2].|
|y||Returns the value of the inverse complementary error function of x.|
