c = le(a, b)
Determines whether elements of one matrix are less than or equal to corresponding elements in another matrix. le(a, b) is equivalent to a<=b.
|a||Specifies the first scalar, vector, or matrix.|
|b||Specifies the second scalar, vector, or matrix. b is the same size as a unless a or b is a scalar.|
|c||Returns a matrix of Boolean values. An element in c is 1 if an element in a is less than or equal to the corresponding element in b. Otherwise, the element is 0. c is a matrix of the same size as the larger of a and b.|
