Raises input elements to powers that you specify.
|a||Specifies the elements you want to raise to a power. a is a scalar or matrix.|
|b||Specifies the powers to which you want to raise the elements in a. b is a scalar or matrix of the same size as a.|
|c||Returns the values of a.^b. c is a scalar or a matrix.|
