Converts a jitter sequence into the frequency domain and measures the RMS value integrated between two frequencies.

jitter sequence is an array of jitter measurements.
jitter timestamps describes the waveform and the times at which measurements in the corresponding sequence occur.
t0 specifies the time at which the first sample occurs in the original waveform.
dt specifies the time interval in seconds between the individual samples in the original waveform.
indexes contains the index numbers of the samples in the waveform with values that fall at the crossing level.
band defines the frequency of the signal at which you want to measure phase noise.
start frequency (Hz) is the frequency at which to begin the frequency spectrum.
stop frequency (Hz) is the frequency at which to end the frequency spectrum.
error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
phase noise in band (s rms) returns the phase noise, expressed in seconds as an RMS value.
phase jitter spectrum (dBc/Hz) returns a graph of the phase-noise spectrum.
error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
